Shipping
Most orders will be dispatched 3-7 business days after an order is placed.
For Domestic (within Australia), $10 flat fee which includes tracking, please allow 2-5 business days.
For international Shipping, includes tracking, depends on weight and location, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note that some countries may charge import duties, taxes and processing fees at custom, which is out of our control. International orders may take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
Returns and Refunds.
Sorry, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
If you received damaged or wrong items, please contact us and we would try our best to solve any problems.
If you made a mistake on the order, please contact us asap to fix the issue. Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot do anything.
